Berkshire Ferments invites you to the 4th Annual Berkshire Fermentation Festival on Sunday, Sept. 16th from 10-4pm at the Great Barrington Fairgrounds. The Berkshire Fermentation Festival is day long celebration of the diversity of all things fermented and crafted. Each year there is an array of local cultured food vendors sampling and selling their products along with demos, lectures, a culture swap, science corner, book signings, raffle, live music, and more.
