Our Story

Started in 2014, Holyoke Hummus Company is a food truck and catering company serving falafel, hummus, and other middle eastern treats.

Our Food Truck, The Great Garbanzo, can be found at events throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. We love catering private events with the truck. Who doesn’t love ordering whatever they want off the menu of a food truck? We can also be found a music festivals, community events, food truck festivals and more.

We provide vegetarian and kosher style catering. We’ve catered birthday parties, engagement parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, kiddush lunches and corporate events large and small. We’d love to talk to you about your upcoming event.

Who are we?

We are John and Dawn happily living in Holyoke with our 3 kids. We don’t take ourselves too seriously but are committed to providing excellent food and customer service. We are so lucky to work with an amazing group of people to make this happen.
