Food Truck Menu

Falafel Plate - Freshly fried falafel balls, citrusy tomato cucumber salad, pickled turnip, a dollop of Holyoke Hummus with some pita (soft or chips) a pair of stuffed grape leaves and a generous drizzle of creamy tahini. V, GF (without pita chips).

Falafel Sandwich - Freshly fried falafel balls, a schmeer of Holyoke Hummus with a citrusy tomato cucumber salad, pickled turnip and a creamy tahini sauce all rolled up in a Lebanese style pita. V

Abomination - Falafel sandwich - hold the turnip

Falafel Slider - Freshly fried falafel ball on a mini pita with Holyoke Hummus, a squirt of tahini sauce and a pinch of pickled turnip.

Falafsicle - Six freshly fried falafel balls on a skewer with a squirt of tahini sauce. V

Hummus Snack - A single serving of Holyoke Hummus with pita chips, Soft Pita or Carrots.

Pair o'grape leaves

Fried Brussel Sprouts - Fried, salted and with a drizzle of creamy tahini.
