Dear Holyoke Hummus Friends,

You are cordially invited to a ribbon cutting and celebration our new Food Truck, The Great Garbanzo. We'll be on the Plaza at Nuestras Raices, 329 Main St, Holyoke. At noon, we'll have a ribbon cutting. Free hummus snacks and sweets will be served. From 5-7 the party continues with DJ Youth Electronix. We will be open for regular service from 11-7 so you can get your falafel fix and touch the truck.
